This policy explains how TMS Media Solutions (“TMS”, “we”) handles personal data on TMS BizConnect, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
- Visitors who ask to see a business contact: name and mobile number, the time of consent, and which listings were viewed.
- Business owners: the mobile number used to claim or submit a listing and the listing details they provide.
- Technical data: a hashed form of your IP address and a device token cookie, used to prevent misuse.
Why we collect it
To show contact details only to real people, to stop bulk copying of business numbers, and to keep a record of consent. We do not share visitor numbers with businesses, advertisers or anyone else, and we do not send marketing messages.
How long we keep it
Visitor data is deleted automatically 12 months after it is collected, or sooner on request.
Your rights
You may ask us to show, correct or delete your data at any time using the grievance contact on our Contact page.
Security
Business and visitor phone numbers are stored encrypted.
